Betsy Ezell, Worship Director & Ministry Coordinator:

Betsy is the newest staff member at Hope Crossing. Betsy grew up in the church, and after graduating from Central College in Pella, IA,  she went on campus staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.

After spending 5 years on campus staff in Iowa, she spent 1 year working for InterVarsity's Urbana Student Missions Convention as a worship leader.

She has been involved in leading worship since her senior-high youth group days.  It was through her participation with a worship team in college that she gained experience and confidence as a worship leader.  She has led in all kinds of settings--small and large churches, college groups, conferences, and worship gatherings of all ages.  She is passionate about urban and cross-cultural missions and spent the summer in and urban slum in Cairo, Egypt.

Betsy loves playing piano & guitar, singing and listening to all sorts of music. She also enjoys reading, playing tennis and golf.
